● Our purpose

 The purpose of this Association is to support the increase of products and services that receive Halal certification, and support sales of products and services that have been certified in Japan and abroad. As the result, it is to develop of Japanese companies and promote international mutual understanding, and to contribute economic cooperation for overseas regions under development.

● Our activities

・In order to disseminate Halal and Halal business in Japan, we will perform the cognitive expansion activities, such as seminar sponsored.・In order to obtain the certification of Japan Halal Business Association ("HJC",“We”, “Us” or “Our”), as an agent, we will perform an application and document preparation.    

・Through the Agency network, such as "area business premises" and "specified agent" that governs prefectures, we provide support for acquisition of stores, facilities, and businesses that a company would like to acquire HJC certification. And we will support your market development and sales increase after acquire the certificate.

Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise stipulated, the Association shall establish and protect the following "personal information protection policy" regarding the handling of information ("personal information") that can identify a specific individual, such as a customer and a business partner concerned.
◇ Acquiring personal information  We will acquire personal information by lawful and fair means.
◇ The use of personal information  We identify and clarify as much as possible the usage purpose of personal information to be acquired. The use of personal information is limited to the scope of the purpose of use, and the person who has the authority according to a specific business performs within the necessary scope of the business.
◇ Disclosure or provision of personal information to third parties  Except for the following cases, we will not disclose and provide personal information to third parties without obtaining their consent.
1)Disclosure or provision of information (such as statistical data) that individuals cannot be identified. 
2)Disclosure or provision to subcontractors within the scope necessary for business operations. 
3)When business is succeeded due to merger, company split, sales transfer or other reasons.

◇ Management of personal information (Safety management measures)   We will take appropriate safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, tampering or leaking of personal information etc. In the case of entrusting the handling of personal information, we will conclude an appropriate contract including the contents of the safety management measures with the contractors, and take necessary measures, such as thorough management and supervision to the entrusted partner. We establish provisions concerning the handling of personal information and implement it steadily, and will continuously improve it.
◇Disclosure, correction and suspension of use of personal information  When there is a request of the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, we will respond after confirming that it is the person in question. Inquiries about personal information and including questions complaints processing will be accepted at the management department.   
◇ Compliance with laws and regulations  
We will comply with the laws and regulations related to the handling of personal information, and endeavor to continuously review and improve the contents of this personal information protection policy.
◇ Purpose of use  The company uses the personal information entrusted to you for the following purposes.

【5】Personal information about the object of the security monitoring camera and the action recording camera installed in our facility   To prevent crime, to maintain safety inside the facility, to improve work quality

2) Necessary communication in fellowship activities

For example, you may not be able to confirm due to your address do not match with the address listed on the application form or the address of the agent on the confirmation document.
